United Women in Faith seeks to connect and nurture women through Christian spiritual formation, creative fellowship, and education so that they can inspire, influence and impact local / global communities. Our meetings consist of a short business session and program. Each year we select a different mission to support - recently, we have supported Berry Sweet Babies (a mission offered through University United Methodist Church), by collecting diapers and wipes. This mission offers baby clothing and other items to moms who are still in high school. Come enjoy food, fellowship, and Bible study with other women!

UNited Methodist Men
The Edge Park United Methodist Men meet every first, third, and occasional
fifth Tuesday of the month. On the first and third Tuesdays we discuss various
scriptures from the Old and New Testament of the Bible. There is no study
guide or preparation needed before we meet. We simply identify different scrip-
tures we might want to discuss, place them in a box and randomly select one to
talk about that night. When there is a fifth Tuesday we go out to eat.

Senior ministry
One of our largest ministry groups at Edge Park is the Seniors Ministry!
The Seniors of Edge Park enjoy gathering twice a month for food, fun, and fellowship. Meetings are usually held at 10 am on the second and fourth Wednesdays. Those attending play games, celebrate birthdays, and engage in interesting activities and conversation. Occasionally, trips to places of interest are planned instead of meetings in the church. Special speakers are sometimes invited as well to cover topics relevant to seniors.
Tweens means somewhere between the ages of adult and up! We are a group of people who enjoy getting together for fellowship, whether it’s at someone’s house, the church, or going to a movie or theatre performance together. We even visited “The Munster’s House” in Waxahachie! We try to schedule something once a month. Stay tuned to the church newsletter, or check out our Facebook group page called Edge Park Tweens.
